Refunds or exchanges cannot be made on custom made items, as the goods have been specially made for you to your order, although of course any faulty items will be repaired. If you are not happy with your purchase and it has not been worn or used in any way, and was not custom made for you, you can return it for a refund or exchange. The original purchase docket must accompany the goods, and we ask that the goods be in their original undamaged packaging (if applicable). Postage is not refundable. Faulty items will be replaced or repaired as deemed appropriate by The Netball Shop after inspection.
