How do I add to the shopping trolley?
You can add to your shopping trolley directly from the products page or from the detailed page of a product. Next to the main image of every product there is a box titled "add to trolley" - click on it to buy the item.

How do I know my item has been added to the shopping trolley?
Once you have clicked on the "add to trolley" button to place the item in your shopping trolley, your page will refresh and the item will be added. The item will show in your shopping trolley at the top right of the screen.

How do I get to the checkout?
Clicking on the link to "checkout" at the top right of the screen will
take you directly to the secure checkout to complete your purchase.

How do I edit my items?
You can edit the items in your trolley by clicking the link to "edit trolley" at the top right of the screen.

How do I check the shipping cost on my items?
First add the items to your trolley you wish to find shipping costs for, then at the top right of the screen you will see a link to "calculate shipping". From this page you can enter your country and postcode to calculate the shipping cost on the items in your trolley. You can then decide whether to proceed and complete the purchase.

How do I know my order has been received?
Once an order is received by the store administration, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you entered during the site's secure checkout.

How do I track my order? Has it been shipped?
You can check the status of your order by clicking into the "Order Tracking" section via the link on the top menu navigation bar.

When will my order arrive?
When you receive your order will depend on whether the item is in stock to send immediately, has to be ordered in, or has to be made. Most made-to-order items take 4-6 weeks depending on the manufacturing schedule at the time (February to May allow the full six weeks). If you have a deadline or a particular date when you need your order (for an event for example), please type the details into the message box during the checkout process and we will do our best for you to have your order when you need it. If delivery of your order is later than expected, please contact us via the "contact us" page.

My order never arrived
Australia Post is very reliable and rarely loses anything, and couriers have tracking systems in place to help locate parcels in transit.  However, if your order has not been received within what you think is a reasonable period of time, please contact us via the "contact us" page. Also see the "delivery info" page for information about insuring articles.

An item is missing from my shipment.
All orders are checked before packing, but of course we're only human so please contact us via the "contact us" page if your order is incomplete or incorrect.

How do I sign up and log in?
Under the heading "your account" on the right side of the screen click where it says "click here". This will take you to the secure log in or account creation page. Once you have created the account, you can use this for future purchases where the items you place in your trolley will be remembered even if you leave the online store and come back later.

I forgot my password.
On the edit page of your account there is a link called "forgotten your password? Click here." This is where you can have your password emailed directly to you.

Do you ship to my country?
To find out if we ship to your country, first put something in your shopping trolley. At the top right of the screen you can see the contents of your shopping trolley, and at the bottom of your shopping list there is a link called "calculate shipping". Once you click on this link there is a drop down list of countries to choose from, if your country is listed then our online store will ship to you. Please note that you are responsible for all government duties and taxes applicable in your country, payable on receipt of the goods.

What are my payment choices?
Payment options will be listed on the third page of the secure checkout. At the base of the page there will be a drop down list to choose your preferred method.  Orders are charged in Australian dollars.

When will my order be sent and what are my shipping charges?
Your order will be sent as soon as it is available to send. To calculate the shipping charges, first add the items to your trolley you wish to find shipping costs for. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is manually processed by our admin staff when your order is received. If your card cannot be charged the goods you ordered will not be sent or, in the case of made to order items, will not go into production.

There are two ways to find the item you are looking for, either browse through the store categories, or use the search tool to find the item through keywords.
